Cancellation Policy

Paddle Lounge Open Play at Paddle Lounge promotes fun, fair play, and community. All participants must follow these guidelines to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. 1. Registration and Payment Registration is required through authorized booking channels. Participation depends on available slots, session capacity, and payment confirmation. Walk-ins are allowed only when space is available and management permits. 2. Cancellations and No-Shows All registrations are subject to the Paddle Lounge Cancellation and Refund Policy. Players unable to attend may arrange a replacement, subject to session rules and organizer approval where required. No-shows and unused slots are handled according to the applicable policy. 3. Check-In and Game Rotation Arrive early and check in with the session organizer. Follow assigned courts, game formats, rotations, and queue procedures. Respect other players' turns and cooperate to keep games moving. Late arrivals may miss games or be accommodated at the organizer's discretion, subject to availability. 4. Skill Levels and Fair Play Register for sessions appropriate to your skill level and eligibility. Players must demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect differences in ability, and avoid deliberately misrepresenting their skill level or disrupting games. 5. Player Conduct Treat players, organizers, and staff respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, fighting, abusive language, cheating, and unsafe behavior are prohibited. Disputes should be raised calmly with the organizer. Violations may result in warnings, removal from a session, or restrictions on future participation, subject to applicable law. 6. Equipment, Cleanliness, and Safety Wear appropriate sports attire and court-friendly footwear. Handle shared equipment responsibly, dispose of trash properly, and report damage, injuries, or hazards to staff. Players are responsible for assessing their readiness to participate and following safety instructions. 7. Session Changes Paddle Lounge may adjust rotations, court assignments, or sessions due to attendance, maintenance, weather, or safety concerns. If a session is cancelled, management will communicate applicable arrangements or remedies in accordance with booking terms and Philippine law. 8.
