Cancellation Policy

Paddle Lounge Paddle Lounge is committed to providing a positive, safe, and respectful coaching environment for players of all skill levels. 1. Booking and Payment Coaching sessions must be booked through authorized Paddle Lounge channels. Sessions depend on coach and court availability and are confirmed upon required payment and booking confirmation. Coaching fees and court rental fees may be separate. Additional time requires approval and may incur extra charges. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling All coaching bookings are subject to the Paddle Lounge Cancellation and Refund Policy and any disclosed coaching-specific terms. Rescheduling requests depend on coach and court availability. If Paddle Lounge cancels a confirmed session, management will coordinate an appropriate remedy under the applicable booking terms and Philippine law. 3. Coach Conduct Coaches must act professionally, treat participants respectfully, provide appropriate instruction, and follow facility and safety rules. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and inappropriate conduct are prohibited. Concerns should be reported to management. 4. Player Responsibilities Arrive on time and follow reasonable coaching and safety instructions. Wear suitable sports attire and court-friendly footwear. Inform the coach of any injury or physical limitation that may affect safe participation. Treat coaches, other players, and staff respectfully. 5. Court and Equipment Use Coaching must take place in approved areas during the confirmed booking period. Equipment and facilities must be handled responsibly. Damage, hazards, or unsafe conditions must be reported promptly. 6. External Coaches Independent coaches must obtain management approval before conducting coaching sessions at Paddle Lounge and must comply with applicable facility fees, booking procedures, and rules. Approval to use the facility does not automatically constitute endorsement by Paddle Lounge. 7. Safety and Minors Participants must exercise reasonable care during physical activity. Sessions must stop when conditions become unsafe. Minors must comply with applicable consent and supervision requirements. 8. Management Rights Paddle Lounge may address misconduct, safety concerns, and facility misuse, including suspending sessions when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. 9.
