Cancellation Policy

COURT RENTAL POLICY Paddle Lounge At Paddle Lounge, we aim to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable playing environment. All customers must follow these rules when booking and using our courts. 1. Reservations and Payment Reservations must be made through authorized Paddle Lounge booking channels. Bookings are confirmed upon completion of payment and receipt of confirmation. Reservations are valid only for the confirmed date, time, and duration. Extensions are subject to availability, management approval, and additional fees. 2. Playing Time Playing time starts and ends according to the confirmed schedule, regardless of late arrival. Players must vacate the court promptly when their booking ends. Unauthorized use of courts or use beyond the reserved period is not permitted. 3. Cancellation and Refunds All bookings are subject to the Paddle Lounge Cancellation and Refund Policy. Late arrivals, no-shows, and personal schedule conflicts do not automatically qualify for refunds or extensions. Applicable rights and remedies under Philippine law remain unaffected. 4. Player Conduct Treat fellow players, guests, and staff with respect. Harassment, abusive language, fighting, and unsafe or disruptive behavior are prohibited. Follow staff instructions regarding court use and safety. 5. Attire and Facility Care Wear appropriate sports attire and court-friendly footwear. Keep courts and surrounding areas clean. Do not damage or misuse court surfaces, nets, equipment, or other property. Customers may be held responsible for damage caused by negligence or intentional acts, subject to applicable law. 6. Safety and Management Players must use equipment responsibly and report injuries, hazards, or damage to staff. Paddle Lounge may suspend play due to unsafe conditions, maintenance, or emergencies. Management may address policy violations and restrict court use when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. 7.
